Loiter around the plot of land you want to buy for 1 hour and see if any plane flies above.
Check the altitude.
How low is it?
If the land, you are buying is too close to a runway strip, you can tell by how low the plane flying above is.
I don’t mean helicopter ooo.
For your future safety, no buy am.
I remember the first time I went to Orie, Emene in Enugu and a plane flew by, my heart entered my throat.
It was too close for comfort. It was like looking at the 3rd floor of a storey building.
I left the market immediately as I couldn’t concentrate.
Same thing when I was stuck in traffic during my NYSC in Lagos. There was a football field on one side of the express not far from Computer village, Ikeja and this huge plane flew by and I nearly ran out of the bus.

Back then, I wondered if anything mistakenly hit that plane, it will just drop on that express way with people stuck in traffic.
No safe time to run away as it falls.

So, seeing that medical college hostel, so close was tragic.
If you go to your town planning and request for residential zones from the original plan of the city, you can tell your danger zones.
Same with people buying plots of land where high tension wire is.
You know that metal that looks like a human with its arms spread out, that’s what I’m referring to.
Regulations says 15metres minimum from the wires, because when it’s falling from that height, it will not fall straight vertically.
Na scatter scatter and 15m is the safest distance possible.
